Carbon Additive Export & Logistics
Complete CAC and GPC packaging, container loading, and port logistics — from factory gate to your destination port via Tianjin, Shanghai, or Lianyungang. Serving steelmakers and foundries in 40+ countries.
Step 1
Carbon Additive Packaging Options
Multiple packaging formats for calcined anthracite, GPC, and ferroalloy products — matched to your handling equipment, storage method, and import requirements. Bag construction, inner liners, moisture barriers, and markings are fixed in the purchase contract.
25 kg PP Bags
Woven polypropylene bags with PE inner liner for manual handling and pallet stacking. Standard for smaller lots, foundry recarburizer orders, and markets requiring hand-unloading.
1 MT Jumbo Bags (FIBC)
Flexible intermediate bulk containers (FIBC) for fork-handling and crane operations. Most popular format for bulk steelmaking carbon additive buyers. UV-stabilized for outdoor transit.
Palletized Loads
Skid patterns with strapping and stretch-wrap per destination port requirements. Available with custom marking, barcode labels, and fumigation certificates.
Bulk / Break-bulk
Loose container loading for large-volume carbon additive contracts. Weight distribution planned per container VGM requirements. Ideal for 500+ ton annual supply agreements.
Step 2
Container Loading & Documentation
Our loading team manages weight distribution (VGM-compliant), stowage patterns, and full documentation handover at gate-out. Container types include 20' GP (~26 MT net), 40' GP (~26 MT net), and 40' HC depending on volume and destination port restrictions.
Third-party inspection (SGS, Bureau Veritas, Intertek) at loading can be arranged when specified in the purchase contract. Dunnage, lashing, moisture barrier, and container liner requirements are planned with your forwarder or nominated surveyor.
- · Pre-loading weight verification and batch sampling
- · Photo documentation of loading sequence
- · Container seal recording and gate-out handover
- · COA, packing list, and commercial invoice per container
Step 3
