Manufacturing
Advanced Production Facilities
Located in Chonggang Industrial Park, Pingluo City, our vertically integrated manufacturing complex spans raw material sourcing through finished product dispatch. With dedicated gas calcination furnaces, graphitization lines, and submerged arc furnaces, we control every stage of the production process to deliver carbon additives with batch-to-batch consistency that industrial buyers require.
Raw Material Processing
Incoming raw materials undergo multi-point sampling and XRF analysis before acceptance. Our primary carbon feedstock, Taixi anthracite from Ningxia's Helan Mountain deposits, is pre-screened and size-classified to ensure uniform calcination behavior and predictable output chemistry.
High-Temperature Calcination
Gas-fired rotary kilns drive calcination at 1,200-1,400°C for CAC production, while dedicated Acheson-type furnaces reach 2,800-3,000°C for graphitization of GPC. Temperature profiles are monitored continuously to ensure complete volatile removal and optimal crystalline structure development.
Screening & Grading
Multi-deck vibrating screens classify output into standard particle distributions (0-1mm, 1-3mm, 3-5mm, 5-8mm, and custom ranges). Particle size directly affects dissolution kinetics in molten metal, so we match sizing to each customer's furnace type, feeding method, and target recovery rate.
Quality Inspection
Our in-house laboratory tests every production batch against five core parameters: fixed carbon (FC), ash content, volatile matter (VM), total sulfur, and moisture. Results are documented in a Certificate of Analysis (COA) that ships with every consignment, providing the traceability that ISO-certified buyers require.
Packaging & Logistics
Automated filling lines handle 25kg woven bags, 1MT jumbo bags (FIBCs), and custom packaging configurations. Moisture-barrier inner liners protect product integrity during ocean transit, while palletization meets standard 20' and 40' container loading patterns for efficient freight utilization.
Third-Party Certification
Buyers requiring independent verification can request SGS, Bureau Veritas, or other third-party inspection and testing at origin. We coordinate pre-shipment inspection, sampling, and sealed-sample retention to support dispute resolution and long-term supply qualification.
Laboratory
In-House Testing Laboratory
Our in-house laboratory is equipped with carbon-sulfur analyzers, muffle furnaces, precision balances, and sieve analysis equipment to test every production batch before release. Testing procedures follow GB/T (Chinese national standards) and are cross-referenced against ISO and ASTM methodologies. Results are recorded in our quality management system and printed on each shipment's Certificate of Analysis (COA), giving buyers documented proof of compliance with their purchase specifications.
